SPECIALISTERNESpecialisterne Assessment & Training is an organized offering for individuals who have an ASD diagnosis to help clarify and develop their personal and professional competencies, as well as special aptitudes, capacities, interest, needs and challenges.

The assessment process maps out the individual need for support, guidance and environmental adjustments to perform in a job situation. The outcome will result in an individual 360 degrees mapping on the personal, environmental and professional capacities and needs. The candidates with a profile that matches jobs within the relevant IT area will be offered employment as consultants at Specialisterne or at a corporate partner with a mentorship agreement with Specialisterne.

Anyone whose profile does not match such jobs will be given support to find other workplaces or education possibilities based on the result of the assessment in cooperation with local disability organizations and government agencies.
